Shipment processing time
Pre-Order / Launch Fulfillment (As of 10/22/2020)
Deliveries will be as scheduled by our respected delivery partners. We will fulfill your order using the fastest and most reliable companies and methods available. Shipments and deliveries may occur on the weekends. During our launch, fulfillment will be 30 days from date of purchase on all orders. This policy is subject to change as we scale up. During periods of high volumes of orders, expect a delay. Last mile delivery will be fulfilled by USPS most of the time, depending on regional cost and availability.
All orders are processed within 30 business days.

Quickvape LLC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Due to the oral nature of our products, all sales are final for all vape pods, items and devices. All devices are under a one year manufacturer warranty for any damange incurred.
